) 1. Working on the right-hand side of the tunnel cover, under the dashboard, release the retaining button using the special tool.

2. Remove cover (2a), releasing internal retainers (2b).

1. Undo the resistor retaining bolts.2. Detach the electrical connection.

3. Remove the resistor.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the resistor is not damaged.- Attach the electrical connection.- Fit the resistor in its seat.- Tighten the bolts.- Position the cover and engage the inner retainers.- Fit the retaining button.
