Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Remove the sliding transparent panel (1a) seal, detaching the adhesive (1b) from the housing (1c) starting from the rear join area (1d). Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the sliding transparent panel seal is not damaged.1. Clean the adhesive residues and degrease the housing (1a) for the sliding transparent panel (1b) seal. Take care not to scratch the paintwork.2. If the seal that was removed previously is being reused, remove the adhesive (2a) from the actual seal as far as possible.3. Degrease the lower surface (3a) of the seal (1b) along the entire length.4. Apply a thin layer of silicon adhesive (4a) to the entire housing (1a) for the seal.5. Place the seal for the sliding transparent panel (1b) in position, ensuring that the join (5a) is in the middle at the back. Make sure that the seal (1b) sticks to the silicon adhesive (4a).Wait for the length of time recommended by the supplier of the silicon adhesive. - After having refitted the sliding transparent panel, check that it is working properly and in the correct position when closed.
