1. Loosen the band and disconnect the supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger.2. Undo the connector holder bracket retaining bolt
1. Loosen the band and disconnect the supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the radiator water outlet pipe, water pump side.3. Undo the bolts and remove the water pump inlet pipe complete with gasket.
Refitting

- Place the water pump rigid return pipe, complete with new gasket, in position and tighten the bolts.- Connect the radiator water outlet pipe, water pump side and tighten the band.- Connect the engine oil heat exchanger coolant supply pipe using the band.- Tighten the connector holder bracket retaining bolt.- Connect the engine oil heat exchanger coolant outlet pipe and tighten the band.- Connect the engine oil heat exchanger coolant supply pipe using the band.- Connect the return pipe from the heater and tighten the band.- Tighten the oil vapour pipe fixing bolt. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.

- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Undo the oil vapour pipe fixing bolt.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the return pipe from the heater.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger.4. Undo the bolt fixing the water pump rigid inlet pipe to the cylinder head.
