Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Undo the nut fixing the water pipe retaining bracket to the heater and move it to one side.1. Undo the bolts fixing the exhaust gas outlet from the water/exhaust gas heat exchanger for the E.G.R. system.2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the EGR system solenoid valve

3. Undo the bolts fixing the E.G.R. system solenoid valve.4. Remove the E.G.R. system solenoid valve.- Remove the gasket. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the E.G.R. system solenoid valve in its housing complete with new gasket and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.
