198002025 - 1032C43 TIMING BELT TENSIONER SUPPORT - R.R. WITH TIMING BELT REMOVED

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the fixing bolt and the nut (1a) and move the alternator (1b) to one side. 1. Undo the retaining bolt.2. Remove the auxiliary drive belt automatic tensioner. 1. Undo the retaining bolt.2. Remove the timing belt fixed tensioner. - Undo the bolt fixing the air conditioning system pipe mounting bracket.1. Undo the bolts fixing the tensioner support to the crankcase and to the timing belt side guard.2. Remove the timing tensioners support. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the tensioners mounting in its housing and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the fixed timing tensioner to the recommended torque.

- Raise the lift.- Place the alternator on the mounting and tighten the fastenings to the recommended torque.

- Position the auxiliary drive belt tensioner in its housing and tighten the bolt to torque.
