) 1. Disconnect the quick couplings for the fuel delivery and return pipes.2. Undo bolt (2a) and open collar (2b).3. Disconnect electrical connection (3a) from the water presence sensor and remove filter element (3b) complete with sensor.

4. Unscrew and remove the water presence sensor from the filter element.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the sensor for detecting water in the filter element in its housing and tighten it to the recommended torque.

- Connect the electrical connection for the water presence sensor, then refit the filter element in its seat.- Secure the filter element with the collar and tighten the retaining bolt.- Connect the fuel delivery and return pipe quick couplings.
