198002040 - 1048B10 RIGID SUPPLY PIPE (ONE) BETWEEN TURBOCHARGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER -R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the air hose from the rigid pipe.2. Loosen the band fastening the heat exchanger air inlet sleeve to the rigid pipe.3. Undo bolts (3a) and remove rigid pipe (3b) from the heat exchanger air inlet sleeve. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the rigid pipe back in its housing, connect it to the heat exchanger air inlet sleeve and tighten the associated band.- Tighten the bolts securing the rigid pipe to the under-radiator crossmember.- Connect the rigid pipe to the turbocharger air outlet sleeve and secure it using the band.    Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
