) - For versions with DPF only: Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R Op. 1080B81 PARTICULATE FILTER (D.P.F.) - R.R. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Undo the connector and move the thermal coupling signalling the overheating of the catalytic converter to one side.2. Undo the nuts securing the intermediate exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter.3. Undo the bolts fixing the flexible mountings bracket for the front exhaust pipe to the bodyshell.4. Remove the intermediate exhaust pipe and gasket.

- For versions without DPF only: Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R Op. 1080B62 CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R + R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Undo the nuts securing the intermediate exhaust pipe to the precatalyzer and remove it.- Remove the gasket.

Refitting ( Removing

) - For versions with DPF only:- Fit a new gasket and place the intermediate exhaust pipe in position.- Tighten the bolts fixing the flexible mountings bracket for the front exhaust pipe to the bodyshell.-Tighten the nuts fixing the intermediate exhaust pipe to the catalyzer to the recommended torque.

- Position the catalytic converter excessive temperature signal thermocoupling in its housing and tighten the connector to the recommended torque.
