Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Undo the bolt fixing the rigid oil vapour pipe to the return pipe to the water pump.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour pipe from the turbocharger air inlet hose.
1. Undo the bolt fixing the rigid oil vapour pipe to the intake chamber.2. Open the retaining clips, loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour intake pipe, separator side.3. Loosen the band and disconnect and remove the pipe assembly from the oil vapour separator, separator side.
- If necessary, loosen the bands and separate the flexible pipes from the rigid pipe.Refitting

- Connect the flexible pipes to the rigid pipe and tighten the bands.- Place the pipe assembly from the oil vapour separator to the intake back in position and connect it to the separator and to the turbo air inlet hose using the bands.- Tighten the bolts securing the rigid oil vapour pipe.- Connect the oil vapour intake pipe to the separator, tighten the band and close the retaining clips.
