Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R 1. Disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables.2. Release the safety plates and remove the gear selector and engagement cables from the bracket.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the gear selection and engagement unit (3b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the gear selection and engagement unit in position and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Remove the gear lever boot with reference to    Op. 2125C02 GEAR CONTROL LEVER OUTER GAITER R R 1. Position the gear lever (1a) in contact with the reverse gear inhibitor partition (1b). 1. Loosen the adjustment nut on the gear selection and engagement assembly.2. Position the spacer and a 0.5 mm thick washer beneath the gear selector lever to achieve an overall height (spacer + washer) of 18 mm.

3. Connect the gear selector cable. - Secure the gear selector cable to the bracket using the safety plate.- Connect the gear engagement cable and secure it to the bracket using the safety plate.- Place the gear lever in Reverse and remove the tool complete with washer.- Place the gear lever boot in position with reference to    Op. 2125C02 GEAR CONTROL LEVER OUTER GAITER R R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R
