WITH CLIMATE CONTROL CASING REMOVED Op. 5040C66 AIR CONDITIONING EVAPORATOR - R+R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED 1. Remove the distribution flap for rear seats.

1. Remove the right air mixture motor transmission linkages.

1. Remove the right air mixture flaps.

1. Remove the DUAL - ZONE partition.

1. Disconnect the electric connection for the left air mixture motor.

1	LEFT AIR MIXTURE FLAP ACTUATOR	See N078 LEFT MIXED AIR FLAP ACTUATOR

- Undo bolts securing the left air mixture motor.2. Remove the left air mixture motor.3. Remove left air mixture motor transmission linkages.- Disconnect the electric connections for the air distribution flap and DEFROST drive motors.

-	AIR DISTRIBUTION FLAP ACTUATOR - DEFROST	See N083 AIR DISTRIBUTION/DEFROST FLAP ACTUATOR

4. Undo the bolts securing the motor mounting.5. Remove the mount and the motors.6. Remove transmission gears for the DEFROST flap.

1. Remove the left mixing flaps.

1. Remove the DEFROST flap.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Insert the DEFROST flap in its housing.- Mount transmission gears for the DEFROST flap.- Mount the motor support and the distribution motors.- Connect the electric connections for the air distribution and DEFROST motors.- Insert the left air mixture flaps in their housing.- Mount the transmission linkages for the left air mixture flaps.- Tighten bolts to secure the left air mixture motor.- Connect the electrical connection for the left air mixture motor.- Position the DUAL - ZONE partition.- Insert the right air mixture flaps in their housing.- Mount the transmission linkages for the right air mixture flaps.- Mount the air distribution flaps for rear seats.- Position the condenser in its housing.
