Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7040L37 GEAR LEVER TRIM - R.R     Op. 7040L73 BOTTLE-HOLDER/ASHTRAY ON REAR TUNNEL TRIM - R.R.    Op. 7040L70 TUNNEL COVER REAR TRIM - R.R.    Op. 7040L20 TUNNEL COVER - R.R     Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.    Op. 7040A14 FLAP FOR GLOVE COMPARTMENT IN DASHBOARD - R.R.    Op. 7040A44 LEFT DASHBOARD SIDE TRIM - R.R.    Op. 7040A18 GLOVE COMPARTMENT IN DASHBOARD - ARRANGE     Op. 5505A35 MAIN BODY COMPUTER/JUNCTION UNIT - R.R. 1. Undo the nut (1a) and the bolt (1b) and remove the reinforcement bracket (1c).2. Release the clip (2b) by adjusting the clips (2a) and disconnect the brake servo push rod (2c).3. Release the wiring retaining clip from the idler shaft support. 1. Remove the retaining clip (1a) and release the pin (1b) fastening the forks. 1. Undo the nuts fixing the brake servo to the idler shaft support.2. Undo the nut (2a) and remove the idler shaft support (2b). - Position the idler shaft support in a vice fitted with protective jaws.1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the lever idler assembly (1b).2. Remove the bushes (2a), the spacer (2b) and the clip (2c).3. Remove the retaining clip and the pin and disconnect the levers from the idler unit. 1. Undo the bolts and remove the brake servo idler shaft centering pin. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the brake servo idler shfat centering pin in position and tighten the bolts.- Place the levers in their housings and securing them using the pin and the retaining clip.- Fit the new bushes, spacer and clip on the lever idler assembly.- Place the lever idler assembly back in its housing and tighten the bolt.- Remove the idler shaft support from the vice.- Fit the idler shaft support in position and tighten the nuts.- Connect the forks to the idler shaft support, secure them using the pin and fit the retaining clip.3. Release the wiring retaining clip from the idler shaft support.- Place the idler shaft support reinforcement bracket in its housing and tighten the fastenings.- Connect the brake servo push rod to the lever idler assembly.- Press fit the wiring retaining clip to the idler shaft support.     Op. 5505A35 MAIN BODY COMPUTER/JUNCTION UNIT - R.R.    Op. 7040A18 GLOVE COMPARTMENT IN DASHBOARD - ARRANGE     Op. 7040A44 LEFT DASHBOARD SIDE TRIM - R.R.    Op. 7040A14 FLAP FOR GLOVE COMPARTMENT IN DASHBOARD - R.R.    Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.    Op. 7040L20 TUNNEL COVER - R.R     Op. 7040L70 TUNNEL COVER REAR TRIM - R.R.    Op. 7040L73 BOTTLE-HOLDER/ASHTRAY ON REAR TUNNEL TRIM - R.R.    Op. 7040L37 GEAR LEVER TRIM - R.R
