198000077 - 1008B10 POWER UNIT FRONT SUPPORT FLEXIBLE MOUNTING (TIMING SIDE) - REPLACE

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE 1. Open the the clip retaining the fuel return pipe and move it to one side.2. Unscrew the engine coolant reservoir fixing bolts and move it aside complete with pipes. - Position an arm lift beneath the engine oil sump.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and the nuts (1b) and remove the flexible mounting (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the flexible mounting and tighten the nuts and the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Remove the arm lift positioned underneath the engine oil sump.- Fit the engine coolant reservoir complete with pipes in place and tighten the bolts.- Refit the fuel return pipe and close the retaining clip.    Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
