198000201 - 3330C10 MASTER CYLINDER (PUMP) - R + R

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Connect a suitable container to the bleed valve of one front brake caliper.2. Loosen the bleed valve and pump the brake pedal several times to drain the fluid out of the brake fluid reservoir.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the brake fluid minimum level warning light switch.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the clutch pump supply pipe.3. Undo the connectors for the rigid fluid pipes from the master cylinder.4. Undo the nuts (4a) and remove the master cylinder (4b) complete with brake fluid reservoir.
1. Adjust the bolt (1a) and remove the reservoir (1b) from the master cylinder (1c).
1. Remove the seals from the master cylinder.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit new seals on the master cylinder.- Assemble the master cylinder and the reservoir and tighten the bolt.- Place the master cylinder in its housing complete with brake fluid reservoir and tighten the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Tighten the fittings on the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the electrohydraulic control unit to the specified torque.
