FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The alarm system is managed by the alarm control unit incorporated in the Body Computer M1 which receives a direct supply from the battery via the line protected by maxifuse B99 at pin 18 of connector F of the interface with the junction unit under the dashboard B2; the ignition-controlled supply (INT) reaches pin 9 of connector F of the interface with the junction unit B2. .The Body Computer M1 receives "door open" input signals at pin 11 (driver''s front door) and pin 22 (left rear door) of connector D and at pin 34 (front passenger door) and pin 35 (right rear door) of connector E; they are the same signals that turn the delay timer lights on.    See E2510 COURTESY LIGHTS The bonnet is controlled by switch I10 which is connected to pin 33 of connector B of M1.The boot opening switch located in the lock N57 sends an earth signal to the Body Computer M1 - pin 3 of connector E.The siren P90 receives a power supply from the Body Computer M1, from pin 46 of connector B - via the line protected by fuse F39 of junction unit B2 - and is connected through the dedicated serial line to pin 34 of connector B.The unit that incorporates the volumetric and anti-tilt sensors K62 is supplied by the Body Computer M1 from pin 51 of connector E via the line protected by fuse F39 of the junction unit under the dashboard and is connected through the dedicated serial line to pin 10 of connector D.The unit also receives a power supply from the ignition-controlled line (INT) protected by fuse F49 of the junction unit under the dashboard B2; the courtesy light contains a button for excluding the two volumetric and anti-tilt control functions; the LED comes on if they are excluded.
