  • Disconnect the negative battery lead
  • Remove the sensor and submerge the sensitive part in water.
  • Heat the water gradually and measure the resistance between the terminals.
  • Check that the sensor specifications correspond to the ones below.
Replace the water temperature sensor    Op. 1056B50 ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR - R + R
