) - For versions with DPF only:- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R Op. 1080B81 PARTICULATE FILTER (D.P.F.) - R.R. Op. 1076B72 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST PIPE WITH HOSE SECTION - R+R 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and the nuts (1b) and remove the catalytic converter mounting bracket (1c) together with the engine oil filter protection (1d).

Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R 1. Loosen the collar (1a) and remove catalytic converter (1b).

- For versions without DPF only:- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R 1. Undo the nuts fixing the catalytic converter to the intermediate pipe with the flexible section.2. Disconnect the centre exhaust pipe flexible mounting.3. Undo the bolts fixing the catalytic converter mounting bracket to the bodyshell.- Remove the catalytic converter complete with exhaust silencer and gasket.

Refitting ( Removing

) - For versions with DPF only:- Place the catalytic converter in its housing and fasten it to the turbocharger, tightening the collar to the recommended torque.

Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R - Place the catalytic converter mounting bracket in position together with the engine oil filter protection and tighten the nuts and bolts to the recommended torque.

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift. - For versions without DPF only:- Place the catalytic converter complete with exhaust silencer in its housing with a new gasket and connect it to the flexible mounting.-Tighten the nuts fixing the catalytic converter to the intermediate pipe with flexible section to the recommended torque.
