Follow the recommended safety instructions (see 5040 - Introduction).

- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER Op. 5540B07 LEFT FRONT HEADLAMP - R.R Op. 5540B08 RIGHT FRONT HEADLAMP - R.R Op. 7025A34 BONNET LID LOCK (ONE) - R+R OR REPAIR Op. 7210A15 R.R. FRONT WING/HEADLAMP HOUSING CROSSMEMBER Op. 7210A18 R.R FRONT CROSSMEMBER 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the horn.

2. Unscrew the bolt on the bracket securing the horn.3. Remove the horn and the bracket.4. Unscrew the bolts (4a) securing the air duct (4b).5. Disengage the retainers (5a) for the air duct (4b).6. Remove the air duct (4b) and detach it from the bonnet lid locking control link (6a).

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the pipe connectors (1b) and (1c) from the condenser.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

2. Unscrew the bolts securing the condenser.3. Recover the mount.4. Remove the condenser complete with drier filter.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the condenser and drier filter are intact and do not show signs of damage or deposits of dirt on the finned surface.

Replace the O-rings on the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.

1. Position condenser (1a) and associated mount (1b) in the housing.2. Tighten the bolts securing the condenser.3. Connect pipe fittings (3a, 3b) to the condenser and tighten nut (3c) to the specified torque.

- Position the air duct and engage the bonnet lid locking control link.- Attach the air duct retainers.- Tighten the bolts securing the air duct.- Position the horn and bracket and tighten the bolt.- Connect the electrical connection for the horn. FRONT BUMPER - Repressurize the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
