Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5040C54 AIR CONDITIONING HEATER RADIATOR - R+R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED 1. Unscrew the bolts securing the pipe to the condenser, condenser side.2. Unscrew bolts (2a) securing pipe ducts (2b).3. Prise out the pipe leading from the condenser and remove.     Op. 5010B63 DUCT CONNECTING CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM CASING AND DASHBOARD TRIM - R.R. WITH CLIMATE CONTROL CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C18 RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE UNIT - R.R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED 1. Disconnect electrical connectors (1a, 1b) to the lower mixed air sensors.

2. Undo the bolts securing the lower air duct.- Move the electrical wiring aside.- Release the lower air duct from its retaining clips.3. Remove the lower air duct. 1. Unscrew bolt (1a) and remove the cover for pollen filter housing (1b).2. Remove the pollen filter. 1. Undo bolts securing the lower mixed air duct.2. Remove the lower mixed air duct. 1. Unscrew the bolts securing the condenser condensation collection box.2. Remove the cover. 1. Disconnect the electrical connections for upper air mixture sensor (1a), the motor for right air mixture flap (1b) and fan (1c).

- Move the air conditioner casing wiring aside. 1. Undo the bolts securing the motor for the right air mixture.2. Remove the motor for the right air mixture. 1. Tighten the bolts securing the air conditioner casing.2. Remove the air conditioner casing. 1. Remove the condenser from the air conditioner. Refitting ( Removing ) - Position the condenser in its housing.- Close the air conditioner casing by tightening the bolts.- Position the right side air mixture motor and secure by tightening the bolts.- Connect the upper air mixture sensor electrical connections, the motor for right air mixture flap (1b) and fan (1c).- Position the condensation collection box and secure by tightening the bolts.- Position the lower mixed air duct and secure by tightening the bolts.- Position the pollen filter in its housing.- Position the housing cover and secure by tightening the bolts.- Position the lower mixed air duct in the retaining clips and secure by tightening the bolts.- Connect the electrical connections for the lower mixed air sensors.    Op. 5040C18 RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE UNIT - R.R WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED     Op. 5010B63 DUCT CONNECTING CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM CASING AND DASHBOARD TRIM - R.R. WITH CLIMATE CONTROL CASING REMOVED- Secure the inlet and outlet pipes to the condenser by tightening the bolts.

Check that the gaskets are in place: O-ring on the condenser inlet and outlet connectors.
