Removing ( Refitting )

Before removing and refitting the sensor the following preliminary operations must be carried out.

- Turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.- Disconnect the battery.- Open the bonnet.1. Working above the radiator, undo the sensor fixing bolt.2. Move the sensor (2a) and disconnect the electrical connection (2b).

3. Keep the sensor. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the sensor is not damaged.- Attach the electrical connection.- Position the sensor in the housing.- Tighten the bolt.- Use an Examiner to check that the system has not acquired errors during the operation.
