1. Working in the area of the footrest, driver''s side, undo the nut.2. Remove the rivets using a drill.3. Remove the footrest mounting.

1. Release the retaining buttons using the special tool.

2. Move the sound insulation panel.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the wiring.2. Release the wiring from the retainers and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the wiring is not damaged and that the individual conducts are correctly fastened to the connections.If necessary, carry out continuity tests.- Position the wiring and secure it using the various retainers.- Connect the electrical connections for the wiring.- Position the soundproof panel.- Apply the retaining buttons.- Position the footrest support.- Fit the rivets.- Tighten the nut.
