Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7210A18 R.R FRONT CROSSMEMBER 1. Undo the bolt securing the heat exchanger rigid air outlet pipe to the under-radiator crossmember.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the heat exchanger. 1. Undo the bolts securing the heat exchanger rigid air delivery pipe to the under-radiator crossmember.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the heat exchanger. 1. Undo the lower bolts securing the air duct to the heat exchanger.2. Undo the bolt (2a), compress retaining clip (2b) and remove the heat exchanger (2c). Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the heat exchanger back in its housing so that the retaining clip engages and tighten the bolt.- Tighten the lower bolts securing the air duct to the heat exchanger.- Connect the air supply hose to the heat exchanger and secure it using the band.- Tighten the bolts securing the heat exchanger rigid air delivery pipe to the under-radiator crossmember.- Connect the air outlet hose to the heat exchanger and secure it using the band.- Tighten the bolt securing the heat exchanger rigid air outlet pipe to the under-radiator crossmember.    Op. 7210A18 R.R FRONT CROSSMEMBER     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R.     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
