- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER 1. Undo the bolt securing the rigid pipe to the radiator mounting crossmember.2. Loosen bands (2a) and remove rigid pipe assembly (2b).
1. Loosen the band and disconnect the rigid pipe (1a) from air outlet hose from the heat exchanger (1b).
Refitting

- Connect rigid pipe to the air outlet hose from the heat exchanger and tighten the band.- Refit the rigid pipe assembly and tighten the bands.- Tighten the bolt securing the rigid pipe to the radiator mounting crossmember. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
