198000169 - 1040B32 FRONT FUEL DELIVERY LINE - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Open the fuse box cover in the engine compartment, remove fuse F21 (15A) and start the engine several times until the fuel pressure in the distribution manifold is expended.- Fit the fuse removed previously and close the fuse box cover.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Disconnect the quick coupling for the front fuel supply pipe, pressure regulator side. 1. Unscrew the bolts and remove the protection for the fuel and fuel vapour pipes.2. Release the front fuel supply pipe from the fastening clips in the engine compartment.     Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R 1. Disconnect the quick coupling for the front fuel supply pipe, tank side.- Release the front fuel supply pipe from the fastening clips, and remove. Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the front fuel supply pipe and secure it using the retaining clips.- Connect the quick coupling for the front fuel supply pipe, tank side.    Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R - Secure the front fuel supply pipe in the engine compartment using the retaining clips.- Refit the protection for the fuel and fuel vapour pipes and tighten the bolts.- Connect the quick coupling for the front fuel supply pipe, pressure regulator side.    Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
