198000202 - 3330C30 BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR - R + R AND WASH INSIDE

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Connect a suitable container to the bleed valve of one front brake caliper.2. Loosen the bleed valve and pump the brake pedal several times to drain the fluid out of the brake fluid reservoir. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the clutch pump fluid pipe.2. Detach the electrical connection for the brake fluid minimum warning light switch.

3. Undo the bolt (3a) fixing the reservoir (3b) to the brake pump and remove it. - Remove the seals from the brake pump. Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit new seals on the brake pump.- Fit the reservoir in its housing on the brake pump and tighten the bolt.- Connect the electrical connection to the brake fluid minimum level warning light switch.- Connect the fluid supply pipe to the clutch pump and tighten the band.    Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY     Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - BLEED AIR     Op. 0010T67 HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM - BLEED AIR
