) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Undo the bolts and remove the catalytic converter mounting bracket.2. Undo the nuts fixing the catalytic converter to the exhaust pipe.

Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R. Op. 1076A48 CATALYTIC CONVERTER HEAT SHIELD - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the upper Lambda sensor.

1	Lambda sensor on preconverter	See K015 LAMBDA SENSOR ON PRE-CATALYZER

2. Undo and remove the upper Lambda sensor.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the catalytic converter (3b).- Keep the gaskets.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the catalytic converter in position compelte with new gaskets and tighten the nuts.- Position the upper Lambda sensor and tighten it to the recommended torque.
