198003740 - 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Loosen the band fixing the turbocharger intake pipe, air filter side. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the Wastegate solenoid air recirculation pipe from turbocharger intake pipe.2. Loosen the band and remove the turbocharging air by-pass pipe from the turbocharger intake pipe.3. Loosen the band and disconnect the fuel vapour pipe from the turbocharger intake pipe.4. Loosen the band and disconnect the turbocharger intake pipe. 1. Loosen the band fixing the oil vapour pipe to the turbocharger intake pipe.2. Disconnect and remove the turbocharger intake pipe. Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect and close the band fixing the oil vapour pipe to the turbocharger intake pipe.- Connect the turbocharger intake pipe, air filter and turbocharger side, close the bands.- Connect the fuel vapour pipe to the turbocharger intake pipe and tighten the band.- Connect the turbocharging air by-pass pipe to the turbocharger intake pipe and tighten the band.- Connect the Wastegate solenoid air recirculation pipe to the turbocharger intake pipe and close the band.
