Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the Waste Gate solenoid.

1	Waste gate solenoid	See L037 WASTE GATE SOLENOID VALVE

2. Compress clip (2a) at point shown in the figure and remove Waste Gate solenoid (2b) form mounting bracket.

Mark the position of the air pipes.

1. Loosen the bands and disconnect the air pipes from the Waste Gate solenoid.2. Remove Waste Gate solenoid. Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect the air pipes to the Waste Gate solenoid and close the bands.- Refit the Waste Gate solenoid in its housing until the retaining clip has attached.- Connect the electrical connection for the Waste Gate solenoid.
