 | The dismantling of the pedal assembly is described below. |
- Position the pedal assembly in the vice fitted with protective jaws.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the accelerator pedal (1b).
1. Rotate the clutch pedal and brake light switches and remove them.2. Undo the bolt (2a) and remove the clutch pedal (2b) and the brake pedal (2c) from the pedal mounting (2d).
Refitting

- Fit the brake pedal and the clutch pedal to the pedal support and tighten the bolt.- Fit the accelerator pedal on the pedal mounting and tighten the bolts.- Press the brake pedal, position the brake lights switch on the bracket and rotate it until the retaining tooth can be heard to click into place.- Release the brake pedal.- Press the clutch pedal, position the clutch pedal switch on the bracket and rotate it until the retaining tooth can be heard to click into place.- Release the clutch pedal.- Remove the pedal assembly from the vice.
