Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 3340A12 ABS HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R. - Disconnect the two oil pipes from the ABS control unit to the brake pump, brake pump side.1. Working at the rear of the brake pedal, press the white retaining tabs (1a) securing the brake servo push rod (1b) to the brake pedal (1c).
1. Remove the black retaining device (1a), then release the brake servo push rod (1b) from the brake pedal (1c) and keep the brake servo push rod spherical head housing cover (1d).
After every dismantling operation, the black retaining device for the brake servo push rod (1a) must be removed even if it appears to be intact.
1. Undo the nuts fixing the brake servo to the pedal assembly.
1. Disconnect the single-acting valve from the brake servo.2. Disconnect the clutch pump supply pipe from the brake-clutch fluid reservoir.3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the brake-clutch fluid level sensor.

4. Remove the brake servo/brake pump assembly complete with brake-clutch fluid reservoir.
1. Undo the fixing bolts and remove the reservoir from the brake pump.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Fit the reservoir to the brake pump and secure it using the bolts.- Place the brake servo-brake pump assembly in position and secure it tightening the nuts to the recommended torque.

1. Fit the new retaining device (1a) on the brake pedal (1b) so that the fastening clips (1c) are secured; position the cover (1d).
- Lift up the brake pedal and position the brake servo push rod by the retaining device.- Press the brake pedal to fit the brake servo push rod on the retaining device.- Connect the electrical connection for the brake-clutch fluid level sensor.- Connect the clutch pump supply pipe to the brake-clutch fluid reservoir.- Connect the single-acting valve to the brake servo.- Connect the two oil pipes from the ABS control unit to the brake pump, brake pump side.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 3340A12 ABS HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R.
