FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Switch I30 is supplied via the ignition from the line of pin 8 of connector E of body computer M1 via the line of fuse F22 of Body Computer M1: when the brake pedal is pressed, the switch closes and sends an NO signal to Body Computer M1 (pin 28 of connector A of M1.The Body Computer M1 controls the power supply for the brake lights located in the light clusters F30 (left) and F31 (right) from pins 16 and 15 of connector C.Central brake light F40 is controlled from pin 18 of connector C of M1.IBody Computer M1 - connector G - is supplied directly by the battery from a line protected by maxifuse F2 of engine compartment control unit B1; it is suppiled via the ignition (INT) at pin 32 of connector D; pin 10 of connector H of M1 supplies a reference earth to the Body Computer.The Body Computer M1 is connected via the CAN line to the instrument panel E50 to manage the lights failure warning light and the brake lights check signal if problems are detected in the circuit or in the fuse.
