Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Connect the Examiner and carry out the hydraulic gear actuation circuit depressurizing procedure.

In order for the depressurizing procedure to be successful it is necessary that:- there are no errors present- the brake pedal is kept pressed.

Disconnect the electrical connection for the pump; if the ignition is turned ON the circuit operating pressure will be restored.

    Op. 2127C13 HEAT PROTECTION BULKHEAD ON GEARBOX HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FLUID RESERVOIR WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SELECTION - R.R.1. Loosen the band and disconnect the pipe from the hydraulic activation unit to the fluid reservoir, reservoir side. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the reservoir (1b) from the pump.- Remove the O-ring from the pump. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the reservoir in its housing complete with a new O-ring and secure it to the pump using the bolts.- Connect the pipe from the hydraulic activation unit to the reservoir and secure it to the reservoir using the band.    Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY     Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION - BLEED AIR     Op. 2127C13 HEAT PROTECTION BULKHEAD ON GEARBOX HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FLUID RESERVOIR WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SELECTION - R.R.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
