199001672 - 2127C20 PIPE FROM PUMP TO HYDRAULIC SPEED SELECTION ACTUATOR UNIT - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Connect the Examiner and carry out the hydraulic gear actuation circuit depressurizing procedure.

In order for the depressurizing procedure to be successful it is necessary that:- there are no errors present- the brake pedal is kept pressed.

Disconnect the electrical connection for the pump; if the ignition is turned ON the circuit operating pressure will be restored.

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 2127C13 HEAT PROTECTION BULKHEAD ON GEARBOX HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FLUID RESERVOIR WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SELECTION - R.R.1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the pump to the gearbox electro-hydraulic selection actuator hydraulic unit (1b), pump side. 1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the pump to the gearbox electro-hydraulic selection actuator hydraulic unit (1b), hydraulic unit side and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the pipe from the pump to the gearbox electro-hydraulic selection actuator hydraulic unit, hydraulic actuator unit side back in position and connect it, tightening the connector.- Connect the pipe from the electro-hydraulic selection gearbox hydraulic actuation unit, pump side and tighten the connector.    Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY     Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION - BLEED AIR     Op. 2127C13 HEAT PROTECTION BULKHEAD ON GEARBOX HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FLUID RESERVOIR WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SELECTION - R.R.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
