199001706 - 2127E44 HYDRAULIC SELECTION GEARBOX CLUTCH POSITION SENSOR - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Place the gearbox in neutral, lever in position N.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the clutch position sensor for the electrohydraulic selection gearbox.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the clutch position sensor (2b).3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the clutch position signal idler (3b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the clutch position signal idler taking care to match the fork (1a) with the engagement pin (1b) and secure it using the bolts. - Fit the sensor on the clutch position signal idler taking care to load the potentiometer.

The potentiometer is loaded by engaging the sensor on the clutch position signal idler drive shaft and rotating it through ninety degrees in relation to the final fitting position.

- Connect the electrical connection to the gear position sensor.    Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY     Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION - BLEED AIR     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Connect the Examiner and run the initialisation procedure for the gear selector/engagement position settings and check that the engagement position travel is correct.
