PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR THE LEFT DRIVESHAFT Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR BOTH DRIVESHAFTS1. Remove the staking, fit the tool (1a) and undo the wheel hub fixing nut (1b).

1. Undo the nut (1a) and, using the tool (1b), disconnect the steering rod (1c) from the steering knuckle.

2. Undo the bolts securing the shock absorber to the steering knuckle.3. Undo the bolt (3a) fixing the ABS rpm sensor (3b) and move it aside.

- Retract the steering knuckle assembly towards the outside of the vehicle to disconnect it from the driveshaft.1. Disconnect the sliding joint (1a) from the differential (1b) and remove the driveshaft complete with joints.

Refitting ( Removing

) PROCEED AS FOLLOWS FOR BOTH DRIVESHAFTS- Place the sliding joint complete with joints in position.- Position the ABS rpm sensor in its housing and secure it using the bolt.- Connect the shock absorber to the steering knuckle using new bolts tightened to the recommended torque.

To tighten to torque, position the torque wrench on the nut and not on the bolt.

- Connect the steering link to the steering knuckle and secure by tightening the nut to the specified torque.

- Tighten the new wheel hub securing nut to the recommended torque.

1. Stake the nut.
