) Op. 4450B12 FRONT WHEELS (TWO) - R+R Op. 4410D17 REINFORCEMENT FOR FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER - R.R. Op. 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD -R.R. 1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the steering column to the steering box pinion (1b).

1. Undo the nuts fixing the exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter flange.2. Undo the bolt fixing the collar to the exhaust pipe mounting bracket.- Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the flexible mounting and move it aside.

1. Unscrew the nut (1a) and use the tool (1b) to disconnect the steering link (1c) from the steering knuckle.

- Repeat the same operation on the right side.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the steering box to the suspension crossmember.

- Position a hydraulic lift under the gearbox, move the power unit away from the suspension crossmember and then remove the steering box.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the steering box in position and secure it using the bolts.

- Connect the steering link to the steering knuckle and secure by tightening the nut to the specified torque.

- Place the exhaust pipe in position and secure it to the bracket and to the catalytic converter flange using the nuts.- Connect the steering column to the steering box pinion tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.
