199001674 - 2127C30 HYDRAULIC SPEED SELECTION SYSTEM PUMP - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Connect the Examiner and carry out the hydraulic gear actuation circuit depressurizing procedure.

In order for the depressurizing procedure to be successful it is necessary that:- there are no errors present- the brake pedal is kept pressed.

Disconnect the electrical connection for the pump; if the ignition is turned ON the circuit operating pressure will be restored.

    Op. 2127C12 HYDRAULIC GEAR SELECTION FLUID RESERVOIR - R.R.     Op. 2127C13 HEAT PROTECTION BULKHEAD ON GEARBOX HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FLUID RESERVOIR WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SELECTION - R.R.1. Release the electrical connection for the pump from the bracket and then disconnect it.

2. Undo the connector and disconnect the pipe from the pump to the hydraulic unit, pump side.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the pump (3b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the pump in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the rigid pipe from the pump ot the hydraulic unit and tighten the connector.- Connect the electrical connection for the pump and secure it to the bracket using the retaining clip.    Op. 2127C12 HYDRAULIC GEAR SELECTION FLUID RESERVOIR - R.R.     Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY     Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION - BLEED AIR     Op. 2127C13 HEAT PROTECTION BULKHEAD ON GEARBOX HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FLUID RESERVOIR WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SELECTION - R.R.- Connect the Examiner and run the initialisation procedure for the gear selector/engagement position settings and check that the engagement position travel is correct.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
