199001802 - 2127OE ELECTRIC PUMP OPERATION CHECK (Robotized gearbox)

- Turn the ignition key to the ON position.- Connect the Examiner Plus or Smart diagnostic equipment.- Using the Examiner Plus or Smart, check that the battery voltage is more than 11.5 V.- Shift through the gears until the electric pump is activated.- Stop the gear change requests and check how long the electric pump remains activated (listening to the electric pump and, at the same time, looking at the Examiner Plus or Smart for when the pump relay outlet status switches from ON to OFF).- If the battery voltage at ambient temperature (15-20 °C) is more than 11 V and the "pump relay ON" time is between 4 and 14 seconds, the electric pump is working properly.

Repeat the test several times to be safe. The operation of the pump could be correct at the time of the test, but not during the daily operation of the vehicle
