1. Position a hydraulic jack with a suitable support under the fuel tank.2. Unscrew the rear bolts (2a) securing the tank support bracket (2b) to the body.
1. Disconnect the rapid connector (1a) and remove the fuel vapour pipe (1b) from retaining clips.
1. Open the clips (1a) securing the rear brake fluid pipes (1b) to the reservoir.2. Unscrew the front bolts (2a) securing the tank support bracket (2b) to the body.3. Lower the fuel tank and remove the fuel vapour pipe.

- Place the fuel vapour pipe back in its housing.- Tighten the front bolts securing the tank support brackets to the body.- Do up the clips securing the rear brake fluid pipes to the reservoir.- Place the fuel vapour recovery pipe in position, secure with the clips and connect the rapid connector.- Tighten the rear bolts securing the tank support brackets to the body.- Remove the hydraulic jack and support from underneath the tank.- Connect the rapid connector for the fuel vapour pipe and secure with the clips. Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R For Sport versions, instead of carrying out operation 1040E22 proceed with the operation Op. 7055B80 UNDERBODY SIDE PROTECTION (ONE) LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R. Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.

- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL - R.R Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R For Sport versions, instead of carrying out operation 1040E22 proceed with the operation Op. 7055B80 UNDERBODY SIDE PROTECTION (ONE) LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.for the removal of the right side protection.1. Disconnect the rapid connector (1a) and remove the fuel vapour pipe (1b) from clips (1c).
