| 4 | Potentiometer operation checkDetach the potentiometer from the unit- Connect the probes across pins A and B of the potentiometer and check that the resistance value is 1208 Ohm ±10% at 20°C.- Connect the probes across pins C and B and check that resistance is 2280 Ohm ±10% at 20°C (with slide at rest) and 1335 Ohm ±10% at 20°C(with slide at full scale deflection)- Connect the probes across pins A and C and check that resistance is 1550 Ohm ±10% at 20°C ( with slide at rest) and 2220 Ohm ±10% at 20°C(with slide at full scale deflection) | Replace potentiometer Op. 2127E42 HYDRAULIC SELECTION GEARBOX SHIFT POSITION SENSOR - R.R. and use Examiner to carry out self-learning.If the check is OK, replace the gearbox control unit Op. 2127E10 HYDRAULIC SPEED SELECTION SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT - R.R. and use Examiner to carry out self-learning |
