Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the cap and tighten the tool on the brake-clutch fluid reservoir.

1. Connect a suitable container to the bleed valve of one front brake caliper.2. Loosen the bleed valve and pump the brake pedal several times to drain the fluid out of the brake fluid reservoir.

Mark the position of the rigid pipes on the brake pump.

1. Undo the connectors and disconnect the rigid pipes from the brake pump.2. Disconnect the rapid connectors and remove the hoses from the brake pump.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the brake pump (3b) complete with O-ring from the brake servo. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the brake pump complete with new O-ring in its housing and secure it to the brake servo, tightening the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the rapid connectors for the hoses to the brake pump.- Tighten to the specified torque the connectors for the rigid pipes from the brake pump to the electro-hydraulic control unit.
