DESCRIPTION

There is a standard type current socket on the tunnel console next to the handbrake which can be used for the cigar lighter or for connecting instruments or equipment operating on 12 V.The boot compartment contains a second power point similar to the first.The cigar lighter resistance can be located in the front socket in the console; simply press the knob to operate it: after a few seconds it will come out automatically, ready for use.The ring around the first socket lights up when the side lights are on.    See E2535 CONTROL LIGHTSThe sockets are equipped with a thermal protection device: this protection cuts off the power supply if devices that absorb a lot of energy are connected.The circuit of each of the two power points is protected by a special fuse and controlled by an ignition-operated relay located in the engine compartment control unit and the boot compartment for the power point on the console and the power point in the boot respectively.
