) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE 1. Disconnect and remove the pipe from the fuel return manifold.2. Unscrew the bolt (2a) and disconnect the air conditioning system coolant pipes (2b) from the expansion valve.

1. Remove the front fuel return pipe (1a) from clips (1b).2. Remove the air conditioning system coolant pipes (2a) from the clips (2b).

- Raise the vehicle.1. Undo the bolts and remove the guard.

1. Disconnect the intermediate rapid connector (1a) and remove the clip (1b).

- Lower the vehicle.- Remove the front fuel return pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the front fuel return pipe back in its housing.- Raise the vehicle.- Secure the clip and connect the intermediate rapid connector.- Place the protection back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Lower the vehicle.- Refit the air conditioning system coolant pipes in their seats and secure with the clips.- Fasten the front fuel return pipe using the clips.- Connect the air conditioning system coolant pipes to the expansion valve and tighten the bolt.- Connect the pipe to the fuel return manifold. Op. 1044B10 FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - R + R OR REPLACE Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
