Removing ( Refitting )

If the diesel electronic injection system control unit is being replaced, when the refitting is complete the following operations must be carried out using the Examiner.

For the 90 CV versions with DPF only, if the diesel electronic injection system control unit is being replaced, the engine oil must be changed.

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the injection control unit.

2. Undo the nuts and remove the injection control unit. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the injection control unit in position and secure it using the nuts.- Connect the electrical connections for the injection control unit.- Connect the negative battery terminal.
