Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. 1. Loosen collar (1a) and disconnect flexible hose (1b) from the rigid pipe carrying engine oil vapour (1c) to the turbocharger intake.2. Loosen collar (2a) and disconnect sleeve (2b) of the engine oil heat exchanger water delivery pipe from the thermostat.3. Undo bolts (3a) and move the rigid pipe carrying engine vapour (1c) to the turbocharge intake.4. Loosen the band and disconnect the delivery pipe to the radiator from the thermostat. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air temperature sensor.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the degassing pipe (2a) from the thermostat (2b).3. Loosen the band and disconnect the water delivery pipe to the EGR heat exchanger from the thermostat.4. Undo the bolts and remove the thermostat (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the thermostat in its seat and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the flexible water supply pipe to the EGR heat exchanger to the thermostat.- Connect the degasing pipe to the thermostat.- Connect the electrical connection for the coolant temperature sensor.- Connect the delivery pipe to the radiator to the thermostat.- Refit the rigid pipe carrying engine oil vapour to the turbocharger in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the water delivery pipe sleeve for the engine oil heat exchanger to the thermostat.- Connect the hose to the rigid pipe carrying engine oil vapour to the turbocharger intake.    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE
