STEPCHECK TO BE PERFORMEDRESOLUTION IF THE CHECK IS NOT OK
Turn the ignition key OFF.Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the fuel pressure sensor. Turn the key ON.Select the following system on the diagnostic equipment: Marelli Diesel Injection 6F3 EOBD CAN (EP engine 1.3 JTD).Check that error PO641 is "Present"Replace the fuel pressure sensor    Op. 1060G28 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR ON FUEL MANIFOLD TO INJECTORS - R.R
Turn the ignition key OFF.Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the turbo pressure sensor.Turn the ignition key ON.Check that error PO641 is "Present"Replace the turbo sensor    Op. 1060G16 EXCESS PRESSURE SENSOR - R.R.
Turn the ignition key OFF.Disconnect the wiring harness connector from engine control unit connector BTurn the key ON. Check the voltage across control unit Pin 6 (wiring side)    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT ECU and the earth is greater than 0.3 V.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the fuel pressure sensor and the engine control unit    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Check that the resistance across pin 8 (wiring side) of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT ECU and the earth is greater than 0.3 V.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the fuel pressure sensor and the engine control unit    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Turn the ignition key OFF.Check that the resistance between pin 8 (wiring side) of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT ECU and the earth is more than 500 kOhm.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the fuel pressure sensor and the engine control unit    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Turn the ignition key ON.Check that the resistance across pin 24 (wiring side) of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT ECU and the earth is greater than 0.3 V.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the excess pressure sensor and the engine control unit    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Check that the resistance across pin 23 (wiring side) of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT ECU and the earth is greater than 0.3 V.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the excess pressure sensor and the engine control unit    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Turn the ignition key OFF.Check that the resistance between pin 23 (wiring side) of the control unit    See M010 ENGINE MANAGEMENT ECU and the earth is more than 500 kOhm.Repair or if necessary replace the electrical wiring between the excess pressure sensor and the engine control unit    See E5050 DIESEL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT
Replace the engine management control unit    Op. 1060G80 DIESEL ELECTRONIC INJECTION CONTROL UNIT - R.R
