199002530 - 1080D28 OIL VAPOUR RECOVERY PIPE BETWEEN SEPARATOR AND TURBO - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe between the rigid pipe and the separator.2. Undo the bolt fixing the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo.3. Release the electrical wiring from the band. 1. Undo the remaining bolt fixing the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo.2. Loosen the band (2) and remove the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo (2b) complete with pipe.- At the bench, loosen the band and separate the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo from the oil vapour recovery pipe between the rigid pipe and the separator. Refitting ( Removing ) - Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe between the rigid pipe and the separator to the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo and tighten the band.- Place the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo complete with hose in position and tighten the band.- Secure the electrical wiring with the band.- Tighten the bolts fixing the oil vapour recovery pipe between the separator and the turbo.- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe between the rigid pipe and the separator, separator side and tighten the band.    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
