Removing ( Refitting )

Follow the safety instructions    Op. 5010 CLIMATE CONTROL - MISCELLANEOUS

- Position the vehicle on the lift.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Raise the vehicle.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. 1. Connect a pipe (1b) for draining the coolant to the intake (1b) in the lower part of the radiator.2. Undo the plastic bolt and collect the coolant in a suitable container. - Release the pipe from any securing bands.1. Adjust the heater inlet rapid connector and extract the pipe, collecting the fluid. 1. Loosen the band.2. Disconnect the pipe from the connector on the engine.- Release the pipe and keep it. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe is undamaged and is not affected by cracks that affect the seal.- Fit the pipe on the engine side connector and tighten the band.- Position the pipe and secure it correctly.- Connect the rapid connector to the heater inlet.- Close the screw plug and keep the coolant drainage pipe.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Refill the engine cooling circuit.    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R
