1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

2. Undo the fixing nuts (2a) and disconnect the electrical connections (2b) from the alternator.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air conditioning compressor engagement solenoid.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for flow meter.

Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R - Undo the bolt and remove the earth lead from the air conditioner compressor.- Disconnect the electrical connection for the timing sensor.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the injectors.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure regulator.

3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the E.G.R. solenoid valve.

4. Disconnect the electrical connection for the pressure relief sensor.

5. Connect the electrical connection for the injection control unit.

6. Disconnect the engine coupling.

1. Undo nut (1a), remove the glow plug preheating control unit (1b) and disconnect electrical connection (1c).

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine coolant temperature sensor.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the throttle casing.

- Disconnect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure sensor.

-	Fuel pressure sensor	See K083 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR

- Disconnect the glow plug wiring harness and remove.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Refit the wiring harness and connect to the glow plugs.- Connect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure sensor.- Connect the electrical connection for the throttle casing.- Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connection.- Place the heater plug control unit in position, secure it using the nut and connect the electrical connection.- Connect the engine coupling.- Connect the electrical connection for the injection control unit.- Connect the electrical connection for the pressure relief sensor.- Disconnect the electrical connection for the E.G.R. solenoid valve.- Connect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure regulator.- Connect the electrical connections for the injectors.- Connect the electrical connection for the timing sensor.- Connect the earth lead to the air conditioner compressor and secure it using the nut. Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R - Connect the electrical connection for flow meter.- Connect the electrical connection for the air conditioning compressor engagement solenoid.- Connect the electrical connections for the alternator and secure them using the nuts.- Connect the electrical connection for the engine oil pressure warning light switch.- Connect the electrical connection for the engine oil level sensor.- Connect the electrical connection for the engine rpm sensor. Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
