Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R 1. Disconnect the pipes from the vacuum reservoir.2. Undo the bolt fixing the rigid pipes to the intake chamber.3. Undo the bolt fixing the rigid pipes to the tappet cover.4. Disconnect the flexible pipe from the vacuum pump.5. Disconnect the flexible pipe from the rigid pipe.6. Remove the vane position actuator control solenoid valve inlet pipe on the turbocharger.
Refitting

- Place the vane position actuator control solenoid valve inlet pipe on the turbocharger back in position.- Connect the flexible pipe to the rigid pipe.- Connect the flexible pipe to the vacuum pump.- Tighten the bolts fixing the rigid pipes to the tappet cover and to the intake chamber.- Connect the pipes to the vacuum reservoir.
